That’s why we’ve developed a straightforward returns and exchanges policy designed to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.

30-Day Return & Exchange Window

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your Beakle product, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order arrives. During this period, you can return your smart birdhouse or accessory for a full refund or exchange it for another item of equal value. Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Items that show significant signs of wear or damage caused by misuse may not be eligible for a full refund.

1-Year Extended Warranty Coverage

Every Beakle smart birdhouse comes with our 1-year limited warranty, which provides extended protection beyond the initial 30-day return window. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, hardware malfunctions, and other issues that are not the result of misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. For more information about our warranty, please click here. If your product experiences a covered issue within the first year, you may request a replacement or repair at no additional cost. In these cases, our warranty effectively extends your return and exchange eligibility for the full year.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer to swap your Beakle product for a different model or accessory, you may request an exchange within the 30-day return period. Once your original product is received and inspected, we’ll ship out the replacement item. Exchanges requested under warranty coverage will be handled on a case-by-case basis, ensuring that you receive a properly functioning product without unnecessary delay.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer care team at support@beakle.co with your order number and details about your request.

  2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Once your item is received, inspected, and approved, we will process your refund, exchange, or warranty replacement promptly.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our warehouse receiving the returned product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and in some cases, return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to a warranty-covered issue.

Exceptions & Important Notes

Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under our return or warranty policy. Gifted items may be exchanged for store credit instead of a refund, depending on the circumstances. For warranty claims, we may request photos or videos of the issue to speed up the process.
