Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
How long does delivery take?
Most orders process in 1–2 business days; transit time depends on the carrier and your location. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it ships. (We use UPS/FedEx/USPS and ship from multiple U.S. warehouses.)
How do I start a return or exchange?
Begin on our Returns & Exchanges page and follow the instructions. We offer a 30-day return window; products should be in original condition with all accessories.
My tracking says “Delivered,” but I can’t find the package. What now?
Check with household members/neighbors and look around porches/side doors. If still missing after 24 hours, contact support; we’ll open a trace with the carrier on your behalf. (We partner with UPS/FedEx/USPS.)

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact support with your order number and the correct address—we’ll try to update it before fulfillment. Once a label is created or the package is in transit, carriers may allow rerouting (fees may apply).
When is my card charged?
Payment is captured at checkout (some methods show a short authorization first). You’ll get a receipt immediately and a separate shipping email with tracking once it leaves our warehouse.
How do I use a discount code on my order?
- Add the items you’d like to purchase to your cart.
- Click Checkout to proceed.
- On the right-hand side (desktop) or at the top of the checkout page (mobile), you’ll see a field labeled Discount code or gift card.
- Enter your code exactly as it appears, then click Apply.
- The discount will be reflected in your order total before you complete your purchase.
- Only one discount code can be used per order on our website.

How far can the birdhouse be from my router?
Up to ~250 ft in ideal conditions. Walls, fencing, and trees reduce range, so place the bird house with the clearest line of sight you can.
Where is my video stored?
Beakle supports 8GB local SD storage and unlimited cloud storage options, plus night vision, and live streaming.
What mounting options are included with my Beakle Bird House purchase?
The Beakle Bird House includes mounting hardware for tree or wall installs, along with the birdhouse, camera, antenna, SD card, and solar/battery components. If you would like other mounting options, you can purchase Tree Straps or the Ground Stand seperately.
How is the Beakle Birdhouse powered?
Every Beakle Birdhouse comes with a solar panel and rechargeable power bank included in the box. The solar panel only needs a few hours of sunlight to keep your birdhouse powered for up to 10 days.
If you’d prefer an alternate option or live in an area with frequent cloud cover, we also offer an extended 15,000 mAh power bank. This weather-protected battery can be mounted below the birdhouse and will power it for up to 30 days on a single charge.

Where do I download the Beakle app?
Use this Get the App link to download the Beakle App for Apple and Android phones and tablets.
Does Beakle work on 5 GHz Wi-Fi?
Use 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi for setup/streaming; 5 GHz isn’t supported. If your router combines both bands under one name, separate them and pick the 2.4 GHz network during setup.
I changed my Wi-Fi password—how do I reconnect the birdhouse?
Open the Beakle app → Device Settings → Wi-Fi/Network → enter your new credentials. If you can’t reach the device, connect to the birdhouse’s setup network and repeat setup. As a last resort, do a device reset and set it up again.
