FAQs
Please read our FAQs page to find out more.
How does the Beakle Bird House connect to the Tree Straps
The Beakle Bird House attaches easily using the built-in mounting hooks on the back panel. Simply hook the birdhouse onto the installed Tree Straps, and tighten the tree straps around the tree until the birdhouse feels stable. No drilling, screws, or tools are required — just a simple, tree-friendly setup that keeps your birdhouse firmly in place.
What's the length of the tree straps?
Each Tree Strap measures 60 cm (23.6 inches) in length. Two straps are included with every set, giving you the flexibility to mount your Beakle Bird House on a variety of tree sizes and trunk widths.
What if the tree circumference is greater than 23" (60cm)?
The tree straps can connect together, so if the tree circumference is greater then 23", you can buy more tree straps to increase the length. When the tree straps are secured around the tree you can cut the excess strap off with scissors.
How do I customize the length of the tree straps?
The Tree Straps are made from a durable yet flexible material that can be easily cut to your desired length using scissors. Once trimmed, simply thread and fasten the straps as usual for a clean, secure fit. This lets you create the perfect custom length for any mounting location.
How do I install the Tree Straps on a tree?
Installation is quick and tool-free. Wrap the straps evenly around the tree trunk at your desired height, then pull them tight until the birdhouse feels secure and level. For smaller trees, you can trim the straps with scissors for a perfect fit.
Simply hook each Tree Strap on the mounting hooks on the back of your Beakle Bird House. Once fastened, double-check that the birdhouse is stable and facing your preferred viewing direction — and you’re ready to start birdwatching.
