How do the additional entry holes attach to the Beakle Bird House?

Each additional entry hole comes as a complete front panel that replaces the existing front of your Beakle Bird House. Simply remove the original panel and slide the new one into place — it connects securely using the same magnetic mounting system, creating a seamless, weather-tight fit.

Do I need tools to change the front panel?

No tools are required. The panels are designed for quick and effortless swapping, allowing you to switch between entry hole sizes in seconds. Just remove, replace, and your Beakle Bird House is ready for a new feathered guest.

Why would I need different entry hole sizes?

Different bird species prefer different entrance diameters for nesting. Smaller holes attract birds like chickadees, wrens, and titmice, while larger holes are ideal for bluebirds, swallows, and flycatchers. By changing the front panel, you can target the species you want to observe and help them find a safe, comfortable home.

Are the front panels weatherproof?

Yes — each panel is made from the same durable, weather-resistant material as the Beakle Bird House itself. They’re built to withstand rain, temperature changes, and UV exposure while keeping the nest interior insulated and dry.
